- To handle International Inbound Calls.
- Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
- Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
- Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
- A certain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
- Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.
2. First Party Collections:
- To Handle International Collection Calls.
