Job Profile:

- Basic hardware knowledge (motherboard, CD/DVD, hard disks, SMPS, keyboard etc)
- Internet technologies ; ISP, dialer application(s), email clients, browsers
- Keyboarding Skill (WPM – 35) Accuracy (85%)
- Must be able to join immediately- work location would be Cochin or Chennai based on Candidate preference
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience with an international BPO in a Voice, Technical Support role.
- Must be able to submit proof of tenure with the last international BPO and also the last 3 months salary slips
