To ensure that service requests/incidents which have been directed to
email and the support chat channel are checked, logged and confirmed in
accordance with the internal procedures to agreed service levels
- To ensure that critical Netcool notifications are fixed/escalated to appropriate groups.
- To develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of Netcool applications.

Follow the incident, change and problem management processes, as
defined and agreed by client and provide feedback, where applicable, of
shortcomings and suggested improvements to the processes
- To
proactively identify and implement improvements to existing processes,
leveraging upon available tool sets to reduce manual intervention, in
order to manage incidents more effectively and ultimately improve the
level of service and support provided
