Web designer Fresher - Must be proficient with HTML/Div based html structructure, Photoshop, Flash Animations.
Junior Level Designers - Should be having suitable educational background and must have done some website design course.
Desired Profile :
Senior Web Designers - Should be good with HTML, Div Based HTML Structure, W3C standards, Photoshop, Flash.
Junior Web Designers - Should be able to learn HTML/Div based structures fast. They must have relevant educational background or training.
