Job Title: Technical Support Engineers
Experience: 0-5 years

Job Description:
* Technical Support (Voice-based):
* Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
* Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution
* Willing to work in rotational shifts

Eligibility: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (If Undergraduate minimum 1 year experience must)
Experience: 0-4 years of experience (BPO/Non BPO/KPO/etc)

Walk-in Date: February 10, 2011 (Thursday) or February 12, 2011 (Saturday)

Registration Timings: 10.00am to 02.00pm
