Advanced knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Win servers.
Experience to support in MS Client Technologies.
Job Description
Ability to conduct training programs
Transfer Information in a simple and effective manner with a clear and concise communication.
Deliver New Hire Training, Appropriate Refresher and Client Specific (CE) Product Training.
Programs to CCS as per Operations Requirements.
Train the shop floor agents effectively and professionally to meet the training objectives (both Soft Skills and Product).
Smooth Transition and Ramp-up of the NHT.
Reduce NHT Ramp-up time with each batch trained.
Have the ability to monitor and coach the trainees for improvement.
Take ownership of NHT performance on client metrics as per floor requirements during first 4 weeks of disbanding into Production teams.
