Work Location: Bangalore (Purva & SJR, Whitefield)
Principal Responsibilities:
•24x7 Monitoring of Servers, Network, Messaging, Storage & Database Alerts
•First Level Remediation of Incidents on Platforms like Windows & Mainframes Servers, Network Devices, Messaging, Storage and Database.
•Escalations to Next Level Resolver Groups based on pre-defined time lines and documented processes.
•Should be able to clearly understand Customer Situations and Customer SLRs (Service Level Requirements) and act accordingly
•Creating standard operating procedures/ Knowledge base.
•Coordinating with the onsite teams on scheduling and change activities.
•Coordinating with vendors (service providers like ISPs, etc) as per documented process.
Critical Skills Required:
•Excellent communication skills –Verbal and Written
•Very Good Analytical Skills
•Must be ready to work in rotational shifts (24x7 shifts applicable)
•Must be willing to support multiple accounts as per shared delivery model requirement
