Identifying corporations and organizations in the same or related industries that might be a source of candidates. Research appropriate candidates for specific industry & client's requirement. Analyze client's recruitments requirements to achieve targets. Understanding the client's culture and industry position . Support the mapping team (which is searching for suitable & relevant data related to the industry for better & quality recruitment). Screening individuals who have the qualifying credentials, and to test their interest and willingness in the job/ requirement. Identifying potential candidates and referral sources to match the requirement. Be the mediating factor between the client and the candidate Excellent communication skills, Aggressive & Ambitious A hunger to prove themselves Ability to work under deadlines Ability to develop relationships Comfortable in dealing with people in authority
