KALS Information Systems Ltd is currently recruiting Fresh MCA graduates passed out in 2011, for the position of Software developers. Selected candidates will undergo extensive Training in multiple technologies over a period of 2 to 3 months with a possibility of performing different roles across various SDLC phases in our live projects.

Pre-requisites:
Technical
Knowledge of atleast one programming language/environment {C++ / Java / .NET / SQL}
Must possess excellent aptitude & problem solving ss
Must possess good analytical abilities
Must be strong in basics/fundamentals in concepts such as Object Orientation, Data modelling, Web-architecture etc.
Experience of developing final semester project using one of the above technologies, is an added advantage.

General
Must be an MCA / MSc {Computer science graduate} passed out in 2011 or BE passed out in 2010, with a consistent academic record {Preferably more than 70%}
Must have good communication
Must have good attitude
Must be willing to adapt to new environments
Must be willing to travel abroad for Development / Implementation / Support
