Inspection of shuttering at initial stage & beam reinforcement at hangup level for typical slab/Checking of material received & field tests are to be done on regular interval/Raise memos to the concerned site engineer for minor / major defect
He must possess good understanding about the way the site activity pratically is done.He must have good motivational skill, good communication skills are mandatory for this post. Above all he should be a good team worker also.
