As an Associate Business Analyst at Synygy, you will work with members of our Professional Services Department and be involved in the implementation and operations of sales performance management solutions for Global 2000 companies. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the accuracy of the information that you and your team produce. Responsibilities The Associates use their analytical skills and Synygy software to: configure data and calculation processes design and implement reports process client data produce reports implement and process verification procedures fulfill client requests for information and analysis very strong detail orientation exceptional analytical skills strong oral and written communication skills experience using Microsoft Office preferred experience using Excel for data analysis preferred a BA or BS degree (technical or engineering degree a plus) Synygy is not paying for relocation costs in connection with this position.
