 We are looking for staff for our Insurance Retention Process with : - Excellent communication skills. - High energy and achievement orientation level. - Experience in customer service, insurance sales or telemarketing specially in automated (dialer based) platforms will be an added advantage. - We prefer graduates for this role. - Convince customers to revive their insurance policies and to pay premiums on time. - Entertain customer queries - Resolve customer issues and service compliants The company has fully automated dialer based environment and customer calls are streamed onto the service executives' desktop.
