Job Description:
- Will be working as a help desk coordinator and coordinating with the technical users and the engineers.
- Will be receiving calls from users and replying the calls on time by following the process.
- Will be logging the calls into system by using call logging tool.
- Forward the calls to the technical departments and coordinating for the resolution of the calls.
- Making call log record using MS Excel and presenting MIS reports.
- Male candidates with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to work in Gurgaon in 24*7 shifts.
