Job Description:

• To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer's queries through chat and E-mail.
• To achieve the productivity target
• Ability to handle multiple chats effectively with a good typing speed.
• Assist online customers to navigate through various activities such as purchase processes, making online payments etc.
• Provide customer service with the human interface, identify and understand customer needs
• Ensure in time feedback to the customers with the help of effective assessment
• Ability to provide effective and achieve 100% customer satisfaction
