Job Profile

• Identify the outstanding claims with payers through the reports from clients
• Place calls with payers with regard to outstanding claims
• Document the details of the calls made to payers in VIMS and the client software
• Coordinate with the team leader in following the processes
• To follow Information Security Policy and Compliance requirements including regulatory compliances

Job Description:

• Graduates/Diploma Holders with or without expereince can apply
• Diploma Holders ( 10+3 or 12+2 ) can only apply
• BE/Btech graduates with less than 65% aggregate can apply only for Voice Process
• Bio Tech & Bio Medical Engineering Graduates do not have percentage limitations.
• Candidate Should be good in oral communication
• Candidate should be flexible to work in continuous night shifts
