Job Description:
Agent will be responsible for quality service to customer, coordinates with dealers and manages tickets, and ensures that resolution is provided within agreed turnaround time.
- Will take customer calls, understands the issues, and provides exceptional service.
- Logs, Monitors, Tracks complaints, in CRM
- Coordinates with Dealers and Field Personnel to resolve within agreed SLAs
- Escalates Complaints, as per the Matrix
- Close loops with customer to resolve issues and close tickets
- Adheres to Shift Schedules and Procedures
- Good Communication Skills in English, Hindi, Telugu and Bengali
