Job Description:

• Making outbound/inbound calls for resolving queries/verification/sales
• Solving customer queries.
• Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries.
• Good Communication skills Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.
• Updating customers with the latest information on a product or a service and assisting them with their queries
• Salary in hand Rs. 6000-8000/- +inc+loyalty bonus+PF+ESI card
• Only drop will be provided incase shift ends after 7 pm

Desired Profile:

• Undergraduates / Graduates from any discipline.
• Good Computer skills.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
