- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Platforms
- Should have knowledge in Proxy Servers/SMTP & POP/TCP-IP/Firewall/Gateway Products/Anti-virus Products
- Ability to communicate effectively.
Preferred
- Ability to speak Hindi
- CCNA/MCSA certification
