1. Inbound Customer Service:
  • To handle International Inbound Calls.
  • Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
  • Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
  • A certain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
  • Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.
2. First Party Collections:
  • To Handle International Collection Calls.
  • Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills .
