Job Summary :

--> Bank Statements – Daily bank file uploads in the morning, obtained from our banking partner’s Internet sites.

--> Payments – Daily data entry of payments and investments in banking tools. There are set cut off times when the payments must be completed in the afternoon. Create the payment instructions in the banking tool databases.

--> Reporting – Daily money market fund summary report for management. Monthly upload of interest rates. The interest files are obtained from our banking partner’s Internet sites. Provide Accounting monthly summarizes on BMG Pool balances.

-->Other Ad-Hoc Activities like counter party creation, wire payments etc..


Other Key Skills :

--> Strong spoken and written English communication skills

--> Word processing (Typing) skills both alpha and numerical

--> High MS Excel skill.

--> Familiar with Baxter, PeopleSoft, Bank Websites.

--> Must be savvy about being able to navigate web screens to download SOPs, Flow charts, Guidelines and information very frequently.
