- Mathematical analysis and performance evaluation of proposed algorithms/techniques/schemes using simulators

- Propose design, defend and implement new applications/solutions

- Actively identify & pursue application of concept to existing products & solutions

- Actively identify & resolve long pending technical blockers

- Should be able to quickly pickup required development skills

- Should be able to develop independently and in team

- Review code changes and design proposals from team members

- Should be a key contributor.

- Should be able to work with/influence the customers/team members, as and when needed.

- Innovations resulting in key IPRs and patents
