Job Description:



-->The role is that of a content writer of usage of products to clients.


--> Excellent written and spoken communication is a must.


--> The background may be from a software product, however, the candidate may not need to have a technology background.


--> Work with IT and product development teams to understand and interpret user guides for clients.



RESPONSIBLITIES:


-->Excellent writing, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are crucial as this individual must represent the Technical Publications team at cross-functional meetings internally on a regular basis.


--> Ideal candidate will have broad, professional writing experience and feel comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment, working either with subject matter experts or directly from engineering documentation and source code, as required.


--> You must work well with software development teams, located in various global locations, over the full development lifecycle.


--> Financial products background a strong plus.
Recent technical writing samples required, as well as BA in English, Journalism, Communications, or related technical field.

Desired Profile:

--> A minimum of 0-3 years of experience writing, maintaining, and illustrating the following types of documentation:


--> Installation guides


--> System administration and configuration guides


--> User Guides


--> Online help, GUI, wikis, and Web-based communities


--> Reference, API guides, and software development products


--> Technical application notes and knowledge base topics


--> Quick reference guides and release notes


--> tutorials, sales collateral, and web copy
