- The Team Member is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. The TM works with the Operations Manager (OM) to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and recommends / implements solutions. This role may be leveraged across multiple teams allindiajobs.in
- Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensures timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
- Ensures First Time Resolution to customers www.allindiajobs.in
- Maintain documentation of SOPs/Operating Instructions
- Identify, share, and support operational improvements.
- Acquire and transfer knowledge from onshore / client (as and when required)
- Comply to all Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
- Ensure Time Sheets are filled regularly
- Adherences to team schedules and leave plans
Desired Profile :
- Graduate in B.A./ B.Com / B.Sc./ BHM / BBA
- 0 - 2 years of experience
- Calling Experience in an International BPO desired
(No Full-time MBA/MCA/B.E/B.tech /B.Ed /Regular PGDBM)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts
- Typing skills:25WPM
- Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office)
