Job Description:
- Works with TST AE’s to help them understand technical issues sent by our Global customers.
- The Intern will interface with other Translators to build Glossary of Technical terms and phrases and will aid in timely resolution of the Customer issues with complete customer satisfaction.
- He will be required to understand the Customer Relationship Management practices and inter office business communication protocols for helping AE’s to resolve issues from our global customers.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate or pursuing Graduation.
- It is essential that the candidate possesses good language skills.
- Customer focus and is keen to work in a team environment.
