Job Description:
1.Dispatching all ATM Related calls to concern FLM vendors/Bank and follow up will be done till call closure as per the escalation matrix.
2.Calls will be logged to the concern SLM vendors if the ATM is down due to SLM related issues. Follow up will be done till call closure as per escalation matrix.
3.Troubleshooting ATM related and site related issues to make the ATM operational as per bank SLA.
4.Maintaining and updating database for all banks including Escalation matrix of all FLM and SLM vendors.
5.Co coordinating with internal team (AIMS) team for approvals and site related issues.
6.Handling FLM and SLM related calls from concern vendors.
7.Providing Downloads to ATMs through Base24.
8.Co coordinating with banks for MS based project.
9.Providing card blocking services to branch customers as per bank requirement.
