Job Description:


Mega Walk-in for Team Member (Back Office) at AON Hewitt Gurgaon on 2nd March' 2013 (Saturday)

The Team Member is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

The Team Member works with the Team and Managers to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and recommends / implements solutions.

The Team Member should be able to perform rule based transactions with simple calculations.


Education, Knowledge & Experience:


* Fresher ( 0- 2 years experience)

* Graduates only need to apply (B.A. / B.Com / BBA / BHM / B.Sc / BCA)

* No Full time MBA/ MCA/ B Tech/ BE/ B Ed

* Work Experience of 0- 6 months ( Voice Experience / Non Voice Experience)

* Working knowledge of computers ( Diploma / short term course)

* Open to work in 24*5 shifts

* Good Communication Skills
