Job Description:
- Handle lost and stolen calls for PLCC/ DC.

- Handle Fraud Detection calls for PLCC/DC.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Evaluate accounts & Block/Unblock to prevent fraud

- Handle Customer queries on inbound calls and evaluate information on fraud/non fraud accounts

- Calling out (as and when required) to prevent fraud

- Work on potential fraudulent application & approve/decline them basis verification done

Desired Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline

- Freshers with no experience

- Working knowledge of computers

- Excellent Verbal and written communication Skills

- Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

- Good analytical abilities Work multiple tasks/Queues/clients Uses initiatives and resources to achieve tasks
