Job Description:
 
- Analyze product information - product log files and over WebEx

- Identify the issue and propose a solution or workaround

- Provide root cause analysis of the issue and steps to prevent from re occurrence

- Connect with team as required to resolve customer issues

- Resources would be expected to work on weekends and shift on rotation

Desired Profile:
 
- candidates who have graduated in year 2012 (with specialization in Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Science / Mathematics)

- Basic C or C++ knowledge

- Candidates should have good communication, problem solving and analytical skills

- Selected candidates must be willing to sign Service Agreement for two years as per the company policy.

- Candidates should be willing to work in any shifts on rotation including night shift.

- Resumes will be screened and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
