• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.TECH/MCA in CSE from Top Engineering Colleges (Preferably) 2010 or 2011 pass outs
• Good Academics record in 10th ,12th, Engineering Degrees
• Should have knowledge on testing concepts
• Good in Computer Fundamentals like C language/Data Structures/Algorithms
