Job Summary :

We have requirement for IT help desk in IBM

Any Graduate 2010 or 2011 Passout. (Bsc,B.com,BCA,B.E/B.Techs are welcome to apply)

Should have Basic troubleshooting knowledge on Windows.

Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Should be willing to work in night shifts
