Knoweldge of open source CMS like WordPress, Joomla can be benifitial

Candiates Work On:

Designing mockups for websites, newsletters & brochures

PSD to HTML/XHTML converstation (div & table based both)

Designing flash & ajax based banners, advertisements

Validating HTNL/CSS for W3C

Communicating with clients
