Job Description:

  • Customer service associate ensure that the organization they work for satisfies its customers' needs.
  • They may work at various levels, from head office to the front end of the business.
  • Helping to develop a customer service policy for an entire organization
  • Helping to keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers.
  • In total, customer service associates are expected to understand and satisfy their customers' requirements and exceed their expectations if possible.

  • Willingness to work in 24*7 Shifts
