- Explore & develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and Client Acquisition in the area of providing manpower solutions to US IT clients.
- Building client Relationship management and generate Leads and business
- Develop the foundation for many new client accounts and strategically nurtured the already existing client accounts .
- Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
- Be one point contact for Client and Recruitment team.
- Get involved in complete Sales/BD/Recruitment life cycle - from sourcing to placing the candidates.
- Search resumes in various available Job Portals.
- Negotiating Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation.
