Qualification: - Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engg. and Degree in Management desirable. 15-20 years post qualification experience in the project construction, installation of equipments and maintenance of modern / intelligent multistoried buildings with all services. Should have acumen to handle trouble shooting and multi-faceted problems, labour related issues. Should have excellent team management skills, experience of interaction with Senior Executives of other organizations. Preparation of contract documents with fair knowledge of CPWD procedure essential. Should have knowledge of planning, project execution and man power & contract labour management.
Age – 45 to 50 years (with 15 years experience for DGM & 20 years experience for GM)

ii. Human Resource Manager / Sr. Manager / Chief Manager
Qualification: - Candidates should possess Post Graduate / Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline. Preferably MBA in relevant field. Candidates should have 10 to 15 years of post qualification experience preferably in a Central Public Organization. Experience in Human Resource / Personnel Management / Industrial Relation policies and familiar with current HR practices in Public Enterprises. Should have the ability and communication skills to coordinate studies, programs and other events with Public Enterprises.
Age – 40 to 45 years
Pay Scale – 15600-39100 Grade Pay 5400 for Manager
Pay Scale – 15600-39100 Grade Pay 6600 /7600 for Sr. Manager / Chief Manager
iii. Economic Analyst

Qualification:- Candidates should possess Post Graduate / Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline. Experience in Economic Analysis, well versed with current economic and industrial issues impacting the policy formulation and governance of Public Enterprises. Candidate should have strong analytical abilities, flair for writing articles, papers and speeches on economic and management issues with emphasis on the Public Sector. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting and directly studies, publishing and presenting analytical data and research finding. Should have 10 to 15 years of research and analysis experience with a strong background in economics / statistics and management, economic and business environment.

Experience: - 10 – 15 years.

iv. Accounts Supervisor
Minimum Qualification: - B.Com
Job Requirment:-
• Posting of Original Books of Accounts.
• Banking Operations / Liasoning with banks.
• Should be able to work independently on Tally 9.3 verson & MS Office.
• Handling tax matters such as Income Tax, Service Tax etc. including e filling
of tax returns.
• EPF / ESIC.
Age: - Preferably below 30 years.
Experience: - 04 – 05 years.

v. Data Entry Operator
Job Profile:-Candidates should have basic Diploma in relevant area (Word, Excel, Power Point & Internet), should have knowledge of Hardware and Installation of Computer.
