WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

Candidates are invited for recruitment tothe following temporary positions in the project entitled "Systematic Documentation of Traditional Knowledge Related to Plants Used for Food and AYUSH & Indigenous Medicine" sanctioned to KSCSTE by Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, to be operated at TBGRI. (Project Code – A 114)

1.Junior Research Fellows (Botany / Plant Science). Purely field oriented work in the rural and tribal areas of Kerala-2-28 yrs-M.Sc. Botany/Plant Science with minimum 60% marks. Candidates should have good organizational and communication skill. Desirable - experience in field work related to Plant Taxonomy, Ethnobotany /Ethnomedicine, systematic documentation of Traditional Knowledge and preparation of database. -Rs. 12,000/- first year.
Rs. 13,000/- second year.
Rs. 13,000/- third year.

2. Data entry operator-2-28 yrs-B.Sc. Computer Science/BCA with experience in data entry operation or B.Sc. Botany with PGDCA with experience in data entry operation from Govt. Institutions.-Rs. 8,000/- per month.

3. Secretarial Assistant -1-28 yrs-Graduate with minimum 60% marks (B.Com) with experience in office work, correspondence and computer applications.-Rs. 8,000/- per month

Age limit – calculated as on 1stApril 2011 (Age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms).
