2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Macros preferred
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Good Analytics & multi-tasking capability
5. 1-2 years of experience in interacting with Databases is preferred
6. A bachelor degree in technical discipline from a reputed school is
required
*Job Responsibilities : *
- The candidate will be involved in retrieval and analysis of data from
Databases using MySql.
- Guiding the clients through technical integrations like Sokrati Pixel &
testing the same; and providing analytics to clients & management.
- Understanding Client Operations Team’s requirements for various data
analysis
- Understanding Sokrati’s datawarehouse structure and getting familiar to
the technical integration process with the Clients
- Helping the Client Ops team with data retrieval, data analysis &
reporting requests
- Documentation of technical processes & procedures
- Interacting with clients directly guiding them through the integration
process & testing the same
