I got placed in Aricent Technologies. They have also sent me an offer letter but my surname found to be wrong in the offer letter. In the offer letter they have given a mail to get in touch with them for any queries or any assistance. So now i have to send a mail regarding my problem. Can any one send me the sample format in which emails of such sort can be sent.
