REQUIRED SKILLS: .Net 2005/2007/2010,.Net framework 2.0/3.5/4.0, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, WCF, WPF, C#, ASP.Net, HTML, VSS, XML, strong oops concept, strong verbal and written communication.
DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE: ANY.

Application coding thru strong analytical and programming skill
Should be technical savvy and strong in .net technology.
Should be able to accomplish the assigned task in given time effectively with zero defects.
Should responsible for doing unit testing of their own code. Providing and implementing effective technical solutions.
Peer and joint review, with excellent reviewer skills.
Meeting project deadlines. Communication with customer / onsite and technical issue resolution.
Extremely disciplined and adhere to follow the CMM and organization process and policy. Should be fit into company culture.
Possess positive involvement in work review, documentation and reporting.
