Position: Software Test Engineer Trainee
Job Description:
The select candidate will go to an Qualitree's unique and extensive training on software testing (QUEST), which is a pioneering approach in IT industry, created by Qualitree Solutions Pvt Ltd, for the benefit of fresh or little experienced graduates. Company will impart free 26 weeks (6 months) training chiefly on software testing.
The training will also include classes to improve candidate's English communication skills, people skills, confidence level, general and industry knowledge etc. During the training, company also provides free basic accommodation and transportation besides a stipend of Rs 6,000 per month. Company is doing all this investment in the candidates so that its expanding business in USA, Canada, and India, and in future in other parts of the world too, can have strong managers and leaders who will not only manage but also impart impetus to the growth www.presentjobs.com
On successful completion of the training, the candidate will be absorbed as a full time employee of the company, with a starting salary of Rs 11,000 per month which will be appraised every six months and quantum of hikes awarded will be proportional to the performance of the individual.
Eligible graduates will need to take the online test called ALPHA (Assessment of Learning Potential and HealthyAptitude). Those who score above the minimum score will be invited to complete the paperwork. The salient clauses of the paperwork mandates each successful candidate to work for at least 2 years after the completion of 6 months training.
