Applications are invited for Two posts of Project Fellow under UGC-Special Assistant Programme (SAP) entitled "Integrated Geological and Hydrogeological studies of SE Deccan Volcanic Province". This post is absolutely temporary and appointment will be initially given for a period of one year and may be extended on satisfactory performance.
Place of Work: The project Fellows will be working in the School of Earth Sciences, S.R.T.M. University Nanded but are expected to stay in the field area (SE Maharashtra) including in Killari for extended periods.
Qualification: M.Sc. in Geology with minimum 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PH) or M. Phil. in the concerned or related subject. Age should be less than 40 years at the time of appointment.
Fellowship: Consolidated Salary of Rs. 8000/- p.m.
