Demonstrate expertise in his/her chosen functional/ application area
Analyze alternatives and recommendations
Generate innovative ideas to resolve application problems
Should have experience of Webservices, Application Server (WAS/Weblogic), Spring, Struts and Portals.
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
Experience in Agile methodology would be an advantage

The desired Skill set will be following:

· Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

· 2+ years of experience in Java-J2EE development.

· Should have experience of Webservices, Application Server (WAS/Weblogic), Spring, Struts and Portals.

· Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.

· Experience in Agile methodology would be an advantage
