• Troubleshooting to determine that the product/part is faulty or not? If so, creating the RMA (Return Material Authorization), where the faulty product is sent back by the customer and a refurbished part is shipped. 
• Tracking the shipment end to end, and also updating the customer regarding the status of Shipment. 
• Excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and c-sat.

2. Previous troubleshooting experience in any technical field.
