Urgent requirement for Application Support Executive
Provide first level support to users to perform operations.
Understand user's issues and problems and suggest work around if possible.
Escalate where necessary to Central support group.
Coordinate with central support team to resolve end users issues.
Good knowledge of various Modules useful in Software Development and Software Maintenance
Proactively monitor application behaviour and inform Central support team about anomalies.
Manage co-ordination with the various working groups engaged in Operations in Passport Seva Kendras (PSK).
Communicate application changes to users in coordination with Operations team.

Graduate with Minimum 1 yr experience (mix of IT & non IT)
Experience in Software development / Software maintenance
Preferably MCA, with Minimum1 yr exprience
