Job Role:Production Support Sr.Analyst With 3-6 Years Exp
Candiates Should Have:
We are looking for a "Production Support Sr.Analyst" for our Bangalore Center who is willing for 24x7 support projects. (including night shift).
We are planning to conduct the Scheduled Walkin for that at our Chennai office by this Thursday and Friday – 27th & 28th Oct 2011.
• Hands on Production support experience with tech skills of Unix, Oracle / Sybase and Java.
• Experience of working 24x7 support projects.(including night shift)
• SLA Management
• Experience in leading group of people in application support project
• Must be proficient in one programming language and familiar with development tools such as Eclipse and SVN, deployment to production
• Ability to research and troubleshoot application problems
• Highly motivated team player and always eager to learn new technologies
• Experience in handling customer expectations on production support projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
