• Fresh from the reputed textile institutes with graduation/post graduation in Textile Technology/Textile Engineering / Textile Chemistry / Fibre Science. 
• Preference will be given to those having some experience in Woollen/Worsted Mills. 
• Stipend of Rs.20, 000/- for Textile Graduate and Rs.22, 000/- for Textile Post Graduate will be given during training period of one year. 
• On successful completion of training, the incumbents will be absorbed in suitable position in the regular service of the organization.
