The Directorate of School Education functions under the administrative control of Education Department, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and is headed by the Director of School Education. DSE AP invites following posts.

Staring date for the receipt of application: 09-11-2011
Last date for the receipt of application: 19-11-2011
Written test: 11-12-2011 (Sunday)
Secondary Grade Teachers (Urdu Medium) in following backlog categories

1. BC: 115
2. ST: 70
3. SC: 138

Total Vacancies - 323

Age limit: Candidates should have an age between 18 to 44 years as on 01-07-2011

Educational qualifications

The following are the educational qualifications of Secondary Grade Teachers (Urdu Medium) vacancies are mentioned below

1. Candidates who completed Intermediate from the recognized university & having D.ED certificate issued by the director of government examinations, AP

2. Candidates must pass APTET (Paper-I) with 50% score for BC candidates & 40% score for SC/ST candidates

3. Candidates who passed SSC Examination in Urdu medium or with Urdu Language as First Language. Candidates who completed Intermediate / Degree (academic) with Urdu as language / medium

Application fee

Eligible candidates have to pay 200/- as application fee in offices of District Educational officer

Selection procedure
Candidates are selected on the basis of written test & TET

How to apply

Eligible candidates can obtain application form from the offices of District Educational officers by paying application fee from 08-11-2011 to 17-11-2011. Candidates have to submit the application form along with photocopies of relevant documents on or before 19-11-2011 at the office of District Educational Officer of the concerned district
