- Handle inbound / outbound Turkish &English calls from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.
- Execute the assigned transactions meeting the timelines.
- Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers.
- Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectivelyto spoken requests and written instructions.
- Establish nd maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
- Reports & MIS.
Desired Profile:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English and Turkish.
- Should be comfortable in working in UK/US shifts.
