Job Description:
- Making outbound/inbound calls for resolving queries/verification/sales
- Solving customer queries.
- Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries.
- Good Communication skills
- Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.
- Updating customers with the latest information on a product or a service and assisting them with their queries
- Fixed Day shift- (Shift 10am-7pm) for outbound process
- Rotational shift between 9 am-11 pm for inbound process.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Walk In : Between 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday
