• Develop Sound technical and architectural understanding of the product
• Work closely with development team
• Provide functional and application support
• Work with Tier-1 product support team and development in analyzing product issues

  -Java/DotNet/ C/C++/PHP or any programming language, 
  -Relational Database using SQL Scripting, 
  -Some Unix / Linux systems / Servers

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
