Job Description:
• Involve in getting clients and work on their JDs.
• Sourcing of candidates using all the channels namely Portal/Referral/Campus/Direct/ Vendor - Screening resumes as per hiring criteria.
• Receiving and Making calls to candidates for telephonic interview.
• Ensuring and analyzing Quality of hiring.
• Line up the candidates as per given schedule.
• Take feedback from candidate as well as company side.
• Creating reports on weekly monthly and need basis.
• Responsible until joining of candidate.
• Ensure that the data of rejected candidates is also handed over to MIS person for further clarifications.
• Contact , between 10:00 A.M - 5:30 P.M (MON – SUN.)
